桃膠湯圓
材料:
彩虹水晶湯圓
桃膠2湯匙
紅棗25粒
冰糖幾粒
處理:
1. 桃膠,加入大滾水,冚蓋浸1~2小時。
2. 紅棗,去核,清水沖洗乾淨。
烹調:
1. 煲內加入水1.5升。
2. 加入紅棗,大火煲滾。
3. 煲滾後,轉最慢火煲10分鐘。
4. 桃膠已浸水2小時,搖晃一下容器,擎乾水,開住水喉沖去雜質。
5. 紅棗已焗了半小時,加入冰糖,轉大火,加入桃膠,滾起後,轉中火繼續煲。
6. 取出湯圓。
7. 另一邊,大火煲滾水1升。
8. 放湯圓,轉慢火。
9. 冰糖已煮至溶解。
10. 湯圓已煮至浮起。
11. 湯圓已煮好,放入糖水內。
12. 完成,可享用。
Tong yuen in peach gum sweet soup
Ingredients:
Rainbow crystal rice dumplings
Peach gum 2 tbsp
Red dates 25 Nos.
Rock sugar several cubes
Preparation:
1. Peach gum, put boiled~up water. Cover it up. Soak for 1~2 hours.
2. Red dates, remove seeds. Get it rinsed.
Steps:
1. Put water 1.5L in pot.
2. Put red dates, boil it up at high flame.
3. Water boils up, turn to low flame, boil for 10 minutes.
4. Peach gum has been soaked for 2 hours. Shake the container. Hang dry. Rinse it under running tap to remove impurities.
5. Red dates have been soaked for 30 minutes, put rock sugar. Turn to high flame, put peach gum. Boil it up. Turn to medium flame and continue boiling.
6. Take out tong yuen.
7. Boil up water 1L on the other side.
8. Put tong yuen, turn to low flame.
9. Rock sugar has been melted in water.
10. Tong yuen has been floated up on water.
11. Tong yuen has been cooked well, put in the sweet soup.
12. Complete. Serve.
